We believe in old fashion customer care, and we put our customers satisfaction at the top of our priorities.

When:

One week before payment is due on the ad.

Billing Payment:

We bill monthly. There is a $10 charge for any late payments.

How:

We will contact you via email or your Sales Rep will call to let you know your ad is due.

Payment Options:

1. We accept checks, money orders and credit cards. You also may pay for your ad with our online payment options.

2. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD and DISCOVER for payments over the phone or through our online secure payment. We only accept credit cards in the name of the advertiser - no 2nd party cards. Only the advertiser's credit card.

3. Please do not email in complete credit card information. To authorize payment please include the last 4 digits of the card number only.

Cancellation:

We reserve the right to cancel any unpaid advertising services at the end of the advertising term. Your ad is subject to cancellation if your contact info is not accessible to leave messages or send emails.

Refunds:

No refunds or credits to any new ads online for less than two weeks.
